What is Water Blaster Party?

A Water Blaster Party is a mobile entertainment experience that brings action-packed water battles right to your location! We provide everything you need—water blasters, color-coded vests, refill stations, and barriers—to create a thrilling and safe experience that’s perfect for guests of all ages.

How does a typical event work?

Our team arrives early to transform your space into a splash-filled battle zone, complete with refill stations, pop-up barriers, and team gear. We kick things off with a quick safety talk, go over the rules of play, and then lead your crew through a series of supervised water battle games. All you have to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy the soaking fun!

What age groups are suitable for Water Blastet Party?

Our events are designed for participants aged 6 and up. We tailor game modes and equipment to suit the age group, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all players.

How many participants can you accommodate?

Our standard packages cater to up to 12 participants. However, we can accommodate larger groups upon request. Please contact us for a custom quote if you expect more than 12 players.

Can parents or guardians participate?

Absolutely! We encourage family participation and can tailor games to include players of all ages, making it a fun experience for everyone involved.

Can participants use their own blasters?

Yes, participants are welcome to bring their own water blasters! However, to ensure fairness and safety, our team will inspect all personal equipment before gameplay begins. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any damage or malfunction of personal gear during the event. We also provide standardized blasters and refill stations to keep the games flowing smoothly for everyone.

What venues are suitable for hosting a Dart Battle Party?

We can set up in a variety of locations, including backyards, parks, and open outdoor spaces. Because this is a water-based event, we recommend choosing a spot where splashing and water play are appropriate—grass, pavement, or any outdoor area that can get wet works great! If you're planning to use a public space, be sure to check on local rules and whether permits are required and that water access is available. We'll bring all the gear, but your site should have enough room for running around and, ideally, access to a water source.

How long does a typical event last?

Our standard events run for approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, including setup, gameplay (90min), and teardown. We offer flexible timing and can adjust the duration based on your preferences.

What happens if there is bad weather?

Water Blaster Party events can continue in light rain, but severe weather (thunderstorms, high winds, lightning) may require rescheduling for safety. While deposits are non-refundable, they can be applied toward a future booking within 12 months.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 7 days, we offer rescheduling options based on availability.

Do you operate year-round?

Due to the water-based nature of our events and our four-season climate, Water Blaster Parties are offered seasonally, typically during late spring through early fall when temperatures are warm enough for outdoor water play.

What if a participant gets injured?

While we prioritize safety and have measures in place to prevent injuries, accidents can happen. Our staff is trained in basic first aid, and we recommend having a first aid kit on-site. Participants (or their guardians) are required to sign a waiver before gameplay.

Will photos or videos be taken at my event?

The Water Blaster Party may capture photos and videos for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have photos taken, please send us a written request before the event.

Are there any travel fees?

Our base pricing includes travel within a 50 mile radius of our headquarters. Events outside this area may incur additional travel fees, which will be discussed during the booking process.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons like spring and fall. However, feel free to contact us for last-minute availability.

How is payment handled?

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before your event. We accept all major credit cards for payment. For corporate bookings, we’re happy to discuss flexible payment options to meet your needs. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is received, so be sure to complete payment to lock in your date!
